Know the Requirements
The Arizona Department of Real Estate requires 24 hours of approved continuing education every two years. Three hours of credit in each of the following categories must be included as part of the renewal education hours submitted to the department:
- Agency Law
- Disclosure
- Contract Law
- Fair Housing
- Commissioner’s Standards
- Real Estate Legal Issues
The remaining six hours may be in any of these subjects or “general” courses but cannot have the identical course name/number of other courses that have been completed.
