The Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® is pleased to announce the appointment of Carla Dane as its new Chief Executive Officer.
Carla joins PAAR with 23 years of experience in REALTOR® Association Management. Since 2017, she has served as the CEO for the Pasadena-Foothills Association of REALTORS®. Over the years, Carla has worn many hats in REALTOR organizations, from serving in Government Affairs to overseeing the Communications and Education Departments at a 12,000-member local Association. This experience, combined with a deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, positions her to lead PAAR towards achieving its strategic objectives. Carla is scheduled to start at PAAR in mid-May.
"I am excited to serve as PAAR’s next CEO," said Dane. "PAAR has wonderful volunteer leaders and an amazing staff. Plus, this community has an incredibly special place in my heart. My grandparents were long-time Prescott residents, and I feel strongly connected to the community. I am looking forward to working closely with our members to help them achieve success in their business."
As CEO, Carla will oversee all operations of PAAR, focusing on enhancing member services, fostering community engagement, and advocating for policies that support real estate growth in the Quad Cities.

Carla Dane holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a master’s degree from Pepperdine. She’s also obtained her RCE Designation and ePro and AHWD certifications from the National Association of REALTORS®. Please join us in welcoming Carla to PAAR.
