The NAR Code of Ethics, which is our’s and your Code of Ethics, is very clear about how we should speak of and discuss peers and competitors. The Department of Justice is already focused upon the real estate industry, so it is imperative that we do not start and enter discussions that would restrict and discourage the free, open marketplace for all businesses and business models. . Remember to avoid all discussions, comments, and postings that could be harmful or counterproductive to PAAR, yourself, or the industry and that could violate the NAR Code of Ethics.
