PAAR operates a Multiple Listing Service – in which brokers (participants) enter listings and offer compensation to cooperating brokers. The MLS is governed by the MLS Committee, which is annually appointed by the Board of Directors, which is elected by the general membership.
REALTORS® subscribing to the MLS service can access Flexmls 24- hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week to add, edit or search listings.

In addition to operating an MLS, PAAR also operates a lockbox system.
